FAQ:
1. What will the pleasure practices be like?
The practices you will learn focus on igniting your pleasure and bringing you out of your head and into your body using somatic tools such as breath, touch and movement. We will begin gently and each practice will build off the next. The first part of each session will be open to check ins and discussions, then you will receive a guided practice for between 15-20 minutes.
2. Are the practices sexual in nature?
Some of the practices have been designed to ignite your erotic and sexual energy, so in short, yes. Some focus more on supporting you to become present in your body and some are focused on deepening your experience of sensation and exploring your sensuality. The idea of all of the practices is that they will support you to connect deeper to your body, the sensation of pleasure and ultimately, your turn on.
3. Will there be nudity?
It is completely optional with how clothed or unclothed you wish to be throughout each guided practice. All of the practices will be delivered via Zoom, and you may have your camera off or on on depending on what you’re comfortable with.
4. Do I have to attend the live calls?
While it is recommended so you can fully immerse in the experience, it is not compulsory at all. All of the practices will be recorded and available for your lifetime access.
5. What is the timeline of the live calls?
We begin on Monday the 12th of January 2026, 5pm AWST. The calls will then continue on weekdays at the same time through to the last call on the 28th of January 2026. Live calls will not take place on the weekends or public holidays.
6. What is the Whatsapp group for?
This is a space that will be open from the 12th of January to the 29th of January for you to share any questions, reflections or celebrations that you have throughout your journey. Think of it as a space where you can pick Ruby’s brain for any pleasure practice related questions.
How much does it cost, is it possible to do a payment plan?
