Not at all. This program is just as powerful for solo exploration as it is for partnered intimacy.
This space is grounded, safe, and deeply respectful. Ruby is a trauma informed practitioner who has almost a decade of experience in the sexuality space. While the content will be sexual in nature, you do not have to share, participate in or do anything that you’re not comfortable with. Everything is invitational.
Yes, you’ll have opportunities for hotseat coaching and direct guidance throughout the program both on the live calls and in the Telegram channel.
All sessions are recorded, so you can move through the program in your own time if needed.
